Subscriptions for your holiday home in Sweden
With a subscription from Bjorn Service, your holiday home in Sweden is managed perfectly according to your wishes. We take care of not only the maintenance of your property but also the garden and other services your holiday home requires. Whether you need help with cleaning, gardening, or other facilities, we ensure that everything works together seamlessly. This allows you to enjoy your holiday home with peace of mind while we take care of everything
Prices are based on a total land area of up to 2000 m² in the Eksjö, Vetlanda, Vimmerby, and Målilla regions. We charge 7 Kr per kilometer for travel, which will be added to the price. If your holiday home is located further away or if you have a larger plot, please provide your details and we will create a customized quote. The digital report includes a brief summary and photos. With the PREMIUM package, you will also receive a digital checklist with any points of attention for your property or holiday home
Our hourly rate is 500 Kr including VAT, regardless of the type of work. Travel costs are charged per trip, both for one-way and round trips. If you have a large property, we may need to mow the lawn with a riding mower, as this is faster and saves time. We charge a small fee for the maintenance of the riding mower. Fuel costs for the riding mower are billed per use. For the disposal of grass clippings or branches, we charge a small fee. For cleaning tasks, we can bring our own cleaning supplies, and we request a small fee for this.
